NEW MONTHLY COURSE OF MUM AND BABY CLASSES have resumed!
Do you have a new baby? Would you like to get out of the house, do some exercise and chat with a lovely group of new Mums who are going through the highs and lows that having a new baby brings?!!
Come and join our Mum and Baby class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am. Your baby must be a minimum of 6 weeks old and maximum of 1 year. All Mums must have had their 6 week post natal check with their Doctor and approval to begin exercising again. If you have any further questions in relation to these classes please contact us.
