Through our live online classes you can bring The Stables into your home. These classes are mainly bodyweight workouts with one weights based class each week (either Kettlebells or Dumbbells), as well as Mat Pilates and Yoga. They are a great option if you are not able to attend a gym at the moment, and need to be motivated and encouraged through a workout from the comfort of your own home.
Anna and Aoife's classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, so you don't need to worry if you are new or returning to exercise.
The classes are all recorded so you can choose to receive the recording to do in your own time if the live class time doesn't suit you. The classes are operated via Zoom and you can choose to have your camera on or off, whichever makes you more comfortable. On booking, you will receive a Zoom invitation in your confirmation email, to join the class.
