Through our live online classes you can bring The Stables into your home. These classes are mainly "bodyweight' workouts with one weights based class each week (either Kettlebells or Dumbbells), as well as Mat Pilates and Yoga.
They are a great option if you are not able to attend a gym at the moment, and need to be motivated and encouraged through a workout from the comfort of your own home.
Anna's workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness, so you don't need to worry if you are new to exercise or super fit, as you will be challenged accordingly.
The classes are operated via Zoom and you can choose to have your camera on or off, whichever makes you more comfortable. On booking, you will receive a Zoom inviation in your confirmation email to join the class.
You can purchase the classes individually or as pass of 5 or 10 sessions.
