The Stables - HYROX Official Gym

	Hello , HYROX Last week, we announced that we have become an Official HYROX Gym, and we are delighted to be the first gym in the South East of Ireland to have this affiliation. HYROX is taking the fitness world by storm and is the biggest indoor fitness event in the world. It is a fitness race for everybody, where each event follows the exact same race format with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. For more information on what it is all about, see www.hyrox.com. Join The Stables HYROX Group! HYROX is coming to Dublin on Saturday 28th October 2023 for its first ever event in Ireland. We are hoping to send a big team from The Stables to take part, and we would love you to be involved. There are several different options for you, from competing as an individual, to entering the doubles or mixed doubles, as well as a relay and mixed relay team option for 4 people. There is something for everyone! We will be holding specific HYROX training events and classes over the next few months and have a "What's App" Group for everyone who is interested in learning more and joining our Stables HYROX Team.
