We are excited to introduce our updated Stables Fitness class timetable— designed to build strength, boost conditioning, and suitable for every level, whether you’re just getting started or chasing performance goals.

Hybrid Strength

Mondays: 7am, 9am & 7pm
Tuesdays: 7pm

A strength-focused class using mixed weights to build real strength, improve movement, and support long-term progress.

Total Conditioning

Wednesdays: 7am, 9am & 7pm
Tuesdays: 7pm

A full-body, circuit-based workout combining weights, cardio, and functional fitness. Designed to improve overall fitness, strength endurance, and work capacity.

HYROX / TRYKA WOD

Thursdays: 7pm
Fridays: 7am & 9am

A HYROX/TRYKA-style workout set on the board. Work through as much as you can within a time cap using functional, race-style movements that blend strength, endurance, and engine work.

  • Go at your own pace or push the intensity

HYROX Run

Saturdays: 8am
A fast-paced, weekly changing HYROX workout combining running with powerful functional movements. Push your engine, build race-ready fitness, and kick-start your weekend the right way.
