Our Kids Multi-Day Camps run during the Summer and Easter school holidays, offering the same high-energy, adventure-filled experience each time. These camps are designed to keep children active, confident and engaged in a fun, safe outdoor environment across multiple days.
Each day is packed with exciting obstacle courses, fitness challenges, team games and adventure-based activities. Children climb, swing, run, balance and problem-solve their way through a variety of challenges that build strength, coordination, resilience and confidence — all while having loads of fun.
When: Camps run daily from 10am–2pm
For: Children 5 – 12/13 years
All sessions are fully supervised by experienced instructors who focus on participation, teamwork and creating positive, confidence-building experiences for every child

Teens Multi-Day Camps
Our Teen Multi-Day Camps are designed specifically for teenagers aged 13/14–16 years, offering a more structured and training-focused experience while still keeping things fun and engaging. These camps run during the Summer school holidays from 11am–2pm.
Alongside tackling the outdoor obstacle course, teens spend dedicated time in the gym environment, where they are introduced to safe, age-appropriate training techniques, basic strength and conditioning, and fitness skills in a supportive setting.
A key focus of the Teen Camps is helping young people build confidence and independence within a gym environment. Sessions are coached by experienced instructors who emphasise correct movement, good technique and positive training habits, while encouraging self-belief and resilience.Teen Multi-Day Camps focus on:
